Captoy will send your order soon after we have received the payment. We are supposed to have all orderable items on stock. You need to pay either by creditcard or by an ordinary Bank transaction, and you will find the needed information below.
VAT are included in all prices.
(For countries outside EU (European Union) the products will be sent without VAT and the products will be 20% cheaper.)

Postage:

- EURO 6,- for countries in the European Union

- EURO 16,- For all other countries around the world. (South and North America, Africa, Australia, Asia)

Delivering of your order:

Your order will be sent as soon as we have received the payment.
The goods will be sent as an ordinary mail-package.

Return:

- If you regret, you are allowed to send the goods back to Captoy within the first 60 days. (At Christmas time, you may also send it back after Christmas.) You will get the same amount back as you have paid to Captoy, however you will have to cover the return postage yourself.

Complaints:

- Up to two years after purchase Captoy will accept complaints over factory errors.
